We know that physical activity has many health benefits such as weight management and helping to manage high blood pressure. Join the Get To Goal Challenge and get moving towards a healthier and more powerful you.

The AHA recommends 30-minutes of moderate activity most days (such as walking), but three 10-minute periods of activity are almost as beneficial to your overall fitness. It all counts, so start counting the activity minutes and racking up those Earndit points to qualify for the Get To Goal Challenge prize drawing for a chance to win a $100, $50 or $25 Tango Card. You also get a chance at a $10 Tango Card just for taking the first step and joining the challenge.

If your ankles are sore, you can still work out using free weights while seated (and weights are cheap, often on sale at Target), do situps and other ab exercises, maybe swim (depends)...you've still got lots of options. Don't let one unhappy body part keep you from your workouts :)
