The AHA recommends 30-minutes of moderate activity most days (such as walking), but three 10-minute periods of activity are almost as beneficial to your overall fitness. It all counts, so start counting the activity minutes and racking up those Earndit points to qualify for the Get To Goal Challenge prize drawing for a chance to win a $100, $50 or $25 Tango Card.
