Challenge Ts & Cs

A few rules and disclosures (we know it's lame but we have to do it):

1. To determine each participant's performance in the challenge, we rely solely on the data we receive from the tracking service(s) each participant has linked to Earndit. You understand that this data can vary from reality due to error and/or manipulation and there is no way for us to guarantee the accuracy of the data used to evaluate performance in the challenge.
2. Only points earned after joining the challenge will count towards your performance in the challenge.
3. The official result will be declared at 12:00pm ET the day after a challenge has ended. All data must be imported to Earndit prior to this time if it is to be counted in the challenge. The official result cannot be disputed.
4. Bonus points received on other parts of the site (e.g. points for bragging) are not counted as part of your performance in the challenge.
5. All taxes associated with the receipt of any prize are your sole responsibility.
6. You are 18 years of age or older as of today.
7. You reside in a jurisdiction in which participation in any contest is not prohibited by applicable law.
8. We can disqualify you from the challenge if we suspect you are purposely trying to receive more points than you rightfully deserve.
9. You understand how points are earned.
10. You have read and understand Earndit's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
