This small sensor conveniently fits in your shoe and syncs your workout data with your iPod or iPhone as you run. The next time you connect your iPod or iPhone to your computer, iTunes sends the workout data to nikeplus.com, which in turn sends the data to Earndit.
Nike+ (iPhone App)
Nike’ s new iPhone app eliminates the need for a sensor. Furthermore, your runs are uploaded to nikeplus.com wirelessly without having to connect your iPhone to a computer. The app uses the phone’ s GPS and accelerometer to monitor your progress. The app costs $2.00 in the iTunes app store.
